Post Onsite TeamĀ MeetingĀ without Sherpa
Within two weeks of the onsite session, meet as a team to formalize your initial succession planning strategy. Your team will present the plan in our first virtual coaching session.
Virtual Coaching Calls with Sherpa
Session 1: Your team presents your succession plan
Sessions 2 & 3: Your team builds out the communication strategy.
Sessions 4 - 10: Your drive the agenda. We help you address what's most pressing.
Note 1: Our preference is to complete your Team Meeting and Coaching Calls 1, 2, & 3 within 6-8 weeks of our onsite.
Note 2: A sub-committee determined by you will meet with Sherpa for sessions 2-10.
